Specialty Coffee Beans – Dark Rum (Medium-Dark Roast)


These specialty coffee beans are roasted to a medium-dark level. Known as "Rum Barrel Coffee," they are crafted by aging the beans in barrels previously used for maturing rum. This process allows the coffee to absorb the distinct aroma and flavor of the rum, while containing no residual alcohol. Through this "Rum Process," the beans acquire a rich, rum-infused fragrance—perfect for both black coffee and milk-based coffee drinks.
